As Monty has contributed to our header (yes, that paw print is his) and featured in our first GIF, we felt he deserved his very own post and introduction.

Born December 2006, in time for Christmas, Monty only came into our lives the following March when L found him. Determined to have a dog, she had saved up the money herself and on seeing him we decided he was the one. Running backwards and forwards between us he seemed so cute .... little did we know just how much energy a Sprocker has! The battery never needs recharging.

And what a difference having a dog has made to our lives. The conversations that have been struck up with strangers, the discussions about food, the healthy daily walks, the wagging tail and bouncy welcome when we come home. Having had Monty for almost nine years, it is hard to imagine how our home felt complete prior to his arrival.
